| Plexus Media Plexus are web designers based in Cromarty. In 2003 we took the decision to create a website dedicated to collecting as many pictures of the town as possible. As you can see this has taken off hugely, with over 1000, from the early years of photography until the present day. One contributor has referred to this as 'living history'. We used to pay for the hosting of the site ourselves, but it has grown so large that Calico, the local Internet Service Provider, have agreed to sponsor the site by donating the webspace for free. We now use the little money we get through advertising on the site to buy old slides and postcards for use on the site. |
