Royal Maritime Auxilliary Service, Clovelly Class Fleet Tender, Cromarty, built in 1972 by J. Lewis, Aberdeen. She was decommissioned and sold by the Navy in 1995.

Wonder who bought her and where she is now?

I believe she was sold in France in 07/94 and then to Ay Argostoli, Keffalonia as "Westwind" the last time I heard of her was on October 2001

She was rotting alongside Argostoli town quay at Easter 2002 along with a sister vessel and two insect class were nearby. The two tenders can be seen on the current google satellite image dated 2006 Comment left on 12 July 2011 at 16:02 by Dave Greenwood

Sounds like 'Cromarty', a ship of the B.J. Sutherland & Co.Ltd. of Newcastle fleet. See Cromarty (1) 1892 in the fleet list on this site.
