For many years Willie ran a bric-a-brac shop in Bank St. It was in what is now a ground floor flat below the Snooker Club - the one on the left when facing the arch. I can't remember what the shop was called. Comment left on 16 March 2005 at 13:24 by Garve Scott-Lodge
The shop was called "Chaotique" - very appropriately. Willie used to go off to the sales in Dingwall and Inverness in his old Triumph Herald estate and when he got back to the shop there were usually several people waiting to see what he had with him and half of it was sold again before he even got it into the shop! Its so nice to see such a nice photo of my grandmother (mums side) and my grandfather (dads side). Thank you very much Alison Dunn for providing this lovely piece of our family history. If this is 1977, no wonder they are happy because they would just had been given a grand child a couple of months previous - ME!!! Comment left on 19 March 2005 at 17:15 by Sam Hourston
