We were from the left, Davie Nicholson, Albert Larne, Jack Young (the grieve), Gibby, Hughie MacPhee, Bobbie Williamson, Davie Finlayson, and Bright Gordon
Davie and Albert were tractor Drivers. The rest of us were on the machine and picked the tatties from the stones. We were lucky if we lifted 1 acre a day. It was slow or slower. Hello Bright, If you recall Brenda & I visited you at Rosefarm in 2006 while tracing my family tree as I believe my Great grandmother worked at the farm.
