Tommy was an extra in "Another Time Another Place"along with Sid and a few others. Think it could be Eddie Macleod at the back.

I think Gerry was in Another Time Another Place too, wasn't he? I remember him telling me about it when I first moved to Cromarty. I think it was on the same occasion that he was trying to convince me that the M in Glenmorangie was silent and the locals therefore pronounced it Glenorangie - luckily I didn't fall for that one!

There are so many familiar and friendly faces here from when we arrived in 1986 and it is only when you see a photograph like this that you realise just how many are no longer around. When you are new to a place you tend to get to know all the people who are there before you but as new folk arrive it is difficult to know who they are. Joining the playgroup and W.I. at the same time was a useful introduction to two generations for me, teaching in the school filled in another gap and soon we knew everyone by sight and all but one or two shy people to speak to. I have happy memories of so many of the people in this photo!!!

He was nicknamed TV Tommy after that
I think he was also an extra in a film that was shot on location in and around Cromarty area.
