I wish that cloud could stay there permanently.

Hey whats wrong with Jemimaville? I grew up there its a lovely little village. Even though Jemimaville was my home I wouldn't dream of criticising Cromarty because I love the whole area. Wash your mouth with soap Greig. Comment left on 19 January 2006 at 20:46 by Mary Mackay now Tomlinson Harrison

Of course you wouldn't criticise Cromarty.

You'd be hauled up in front of the Community Council before you could say "wooden Post Office".

The whole area is special and has lots of memories for so many folk who are not so fortunate as to live there now. It inspired the talented writer, Jane Duncan. Thanks to this great site, we can relive our memories. There is no view more beautiful than the Cromarty Firth and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area!
