You're right Nora, it is me in the middle. It's years since I've seen this photograph. The two girls were (if I remember correctly) Mrs Barlow's grand-daughters and their dad was sporting the straw beard. Mrs Barlow and Miss Hay lived in Christel and Bob's house. Would I be right in saying all the kilts were hand made in Cromarty? Luke Horne's name springs to mind.
