Baptismal Font - Cromarty East Church

I took this picture about a year ago, and recently entered it in the Church of Scotland Church photo of the year competition for 2006. The Ross-shire picked it up and published it in early January. The competition closes in about a fortnight, and all the entries can be seen at www.churchofscotland.org.uk.

Hi Calum:
It is recorded on our files that this font was donated by the Mackenzie family, either my g/mother, Elizabeth Fraser-Mackenzie or my g/aunt Isabella Mackenzie. Can you confirm this for me? thank you.

I have been researching the history of the Church and the donation of the font is one of the few items not mentioned in the records I have seen. It seems to have been placed in the church in 1904 or 1905. Can you let me have details of your information about the donors?
