An unusal sight at the Nigg Oil Terminal. Taken on the 6th February, my guess is the the shuttle tanker is bunkering from the small coastal tanker. If I'm wrong someone will correct me I'm sure!

Nope your perfectly correct there Calum but its not too unusual it does happen 3 or 4 times a year and will probably happen more often in the future. Great pic again, keep up the good work.

Thanks Ronald - I just surprised that I've never seen this before, but I suppose that the Cromarty Firth is the logical place for the Shuttle Tankers to refuel.
