This picture won First Prize in the Moray Firth Partnerships photo competition, I'm pleased to say, and can be seen in a exhibition in the Eastgate centre Inverness for the next few weeks. Comment left on 06 September 2006 at 21:29 by Calum Davidson
Really nice shot, I worked at Highland Fab a few time and never really appreciated the beauty of the area.(Too interested in drinking) Now in my fifty's and really love photogaphy.I would love to have the opportunities to take some of the wonderful shots again. Thanks for some great memories Comment left on 10 February 2007 at 18:55 by Keith Dickinson
simply a stunning photo. Emphisis on the shear size of the platforms that used the sheltered waters of the cromarty firth. Do rigs and platforms still come in to the firth? I've moved south to Carlisle. I still remember the platform leaving the firth in 1983. Comment left on 19 May 2008 at 17:37 by Mark Bown
