View from Shore St to Gordons LaneLooking up the wee vennel to the east of Seabank house, you can see Harold Hossack's cottage at the end, with a partially whitewashed house on Gordons Lane behind it. Has this lane ever had a name?

Does anybody know who these people are and how many people can be seen in this photo as I estimate their might be 6-8 with the fisherman mending his net, the little girl standing in the lane, another woman (standing) and boy (seated) in the first doorway and another child and person(s) standing in the farther doorway?
What is the man or fisherman doing exactly and what are the various articles or equipment objects used for behind him and the other objects beside the cottage doorways and walls?
