Cromarty School Association used to organise lots of these in those days. Juice and crisps were the incentive to help get stuck in.
Adults along the back include: Mr Mackie, Fran Tilbrook, Charlie Hendry, Alastair Hourston, Trish MacIver.
Lots of familiar faces amongst the kids - too many to mention!

Construction of the oil terminal jetty is going on at the top right of the picture, and just behind Peter Ratcliffe you can see that the wooden pole is still standing on the links.

Thanks Georgia, that's a photo from the past! Lots of familiar faces, adults as well as children.
