The Stena Spey and the Emigration Stone
An unusual sight these days, a rig parked between the Sutors. The oil company Ithaca, which has bought the Beatrice field, used this rig last year on its Inner Moray Firth fields, so I wonder if it being readied to drill on their Beatrice Alpha and Delta discoveries. These oil fields are being tied back through the Beatrice platforms, extending their life by a few years yet.
