Entering the firth with a navel vessel behind her, between them you can see one of the cruise ships used to house workers at Nigg.

The ship in the background was the Highland Queen berthed at Nigg when I was a lad, and the Nigg workers in the early 70's had to walk through the ship on a daily basis to get to their work. I'm not sure if it was an ex naval vessel or not. Comment left on 05 March 2011 at 06:51 by Blair Mackay
