Had many happy times as a boy on the Salmon with George Morrison. Towing a couple of cobles to the nets in the early hours of the morning during the summer hols, when fifty fish wasn't out of the way. The biggest salmon I saw was 56lb, with a special box being made for transport south by train from Invergordon. Comment left on 25 May 2009 at 19:49 by Dennis Manson
