Not easy to read the date franked but could be 24 March 1919. The one penny stamp bears the head of King George V. The message reads "Royal Hotel Cromarty, 11.45am Monday" and is signed J.H.M.

Couldn't resist buying this from an antique/bric a brac shop in Portsmouth!
