Grace the milk lady. All I know is my Dad took this picture as she was notorious for hating any pictures taken of her, and yes that is one of the many oil rigs heading out from Nigg.

Aye I do Davey and years later she was proved correct. Apparently soothing music played to cows gives a higher yield of milk. Once again she was ahead of the game as Dorothy (above) agrees.The music chosen for this experiment was "Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony" but it turned out to be a bad choice, because I understand that half way through the milking the cows fell asleep.
