View of lookout tower - c1969

This view from the Parapet Wall of the harbour shows the lookout tower as it was before it fell into disrepair. Rebuilt in April 2003, it is now the HQ of the Cromarty Boat Club.

Comments:
All three of the small boats in the photo hand built by that excellent model maker, and formerly
part time shipwright Johnny Gray. A Cromarty style, with a good stern transome for skulling, or
outboard.

Correct me if im wrong Clem but i think the 3 boats were owned by Johnnie himself, Robert Cooper and my granda skip.
