This picture is a taken from an original cine film from 1959 or 1960 so the quality isn’t brilliant. It shows the salmon fisher’s boats being launched from the Links. There are about a dozen guys in total getting the boats in the water. If there’s a way to upload short movies I’ll be pleased to upload the whole sequence.

The man in the bun net on the right could be Robert hendry-I should know as I used to go out with them and sit on the tarry rope that was coiled up on the bow.
