Year is a guess. Anyone know better? View the large version and you may be able to recognise the four men building a shed in the middle of the picture.

I would say this is a bit later than 76. Looks like a green wimpey van or other contractor. Men building the shed are probably building a tool shed for the work to start on the Marine Terrace flats and houses.

No I think you are wrong Ronald, it's not a Wimpey van as they did not do the Factory Refurbishment, it was Tullochs, (whose Vans were also Green). So close but no banana, but probably right about shed & date, you are so clever!!

Aye thats right it was Tullochs not Wimpey, how did I manage to get that wrong.
