Littering on The Paye

Taken Sunday 12 June, on a stroll back from Lady's Walk, I was admiring the wildflowers by The Paye, when I found the following thoughtful decoration. Sadly future visitors won't see it :-), as I picked it up and binned it. I don't mind picking up after my dogs, but I wish thoughtless humans would pick up after themselves.
