Thank you for keeping me informed. You should try and organise an album of these lovely girls as they are an important part of our heritage. JIM TAYLOR Founder member of ROSEHEARTY HERITAGE SOCIETY. Every best wish. Comment left on 06 December 2011 at 23:53 by JIM TAYLOR
Hi, does anyone know where the munitions factory would have been, please? My grand-aunts Nellie and Ivy (real names Helen and Iba Ann) Forbes are listed as working "in munitions" in the Ross-shire Journal Extracts War Records 1914-1918 and they lived in Cromarty. Thanks.
