Cromarty Allotments - The Old Tennis Courts in April before clearing

As many may know, the Cromarty Allotments and Gardens Society signed a 50 year lease with Cromarty Estate in April for the old Tennis Court at the east end of the town, for the growing of vegetables and fruit.

This photo shows the state of the ground after many years of neglect, with a lot of hard work ahead clearing and preparing it before it can be divided up into plots for members.
