From my grandmother's album. Taken in either 1931 or 1932 when she stayed in Cromarty with my father. Her husband was a Naval Officer, commanding HMS Repulse that was anchored in the Firth.

Some great pictures here Ian. My grandfather served on the Repulse for a brief period in 1925 and he eventually settled a short distance from where this picture was taken.
