This boat is not the Enterprise as it is clinker built, but looks like Jock Wood's Cromarty to Nigg ferry boat which I think was called the "Tim". Comment left on 27 July 2003 by Campbell Ross
Campbell, this vessel is I think the 'Menace' operated on behalf of the late Col G.D. N. Ross, by the late
Willie Ross (no relation). The Menace' last farewell to Cromarty was on the deck of an aircraft carrier,
en route to a customer/buyer in the Firth of Forth. I can't name the carrier, or the intrigue involved or
I will end up in the Tower of London!!
