Boot & Shoe Shop, Church Street

Here is a closer view of the Boot & Shoe Shop, which features in the photo below. Does anyone have any information about it? And what were the other buildings used for?

The date is way out if that is Walter Couper sitting on the box. It could be his older brother. It was taken about 1915.

[Date changed to 1915. Thanks]

I think my identifications of 5 years ago are wrong. The lady seems to be the aunt of the two children, Isobella Couper. She was the older sister of James Couper (my grandfather) who owned the bakers shop they are standing in front of. The boy on the box is Jim Couper, born 1905, died in 1910, the girl is Annie Couper. I would guess the date to be about 1908.
