on Church Street. I believe these are to replace those originally removed for the war effort during WWII?

I thought that Colonel Ross managed to pull strings at the War Office exempting Cromarty from having to give up its iron railings (just like his father managed to get his Nigg Ferry hotel exempted from the State Management District in WWI).
