Hi Rhona! Good to know you're still in touch with Cromarty. Do you ever visit? I still go up once a year. I recognise quite a few faces in this photo, but can't put names to very many. In the front row, far right is, I think, Dorothy Manson, fourth from the right is certainly Avril Ross, fifth from the right I think is your big sister Mairi.
In the next row, in between Mairi and Avril is Marjory MacKintosh.
Miss Mackay used to give me the belt regularly, though very lightly, for bad spelling, but sent my sons a gift every Christmas until her death.
