Year, and people unknown. This is a postcard unearthed recently - bottom left says "baiting" Cromarty.

Does anyone have any idea of who this couple might be?

I think this couple are the parents of Bob Hossack when the family were in Fishertown, latterly Bob lived in Bank St and I often helped him clean and bait his lines as boy in the 40s.

He fished from a flat bottomed boat in shallows for flounders, which he then sold round the town from a barrow. Comment left on 15 January 2021 by Claud Naylor
