My grandfather was friends with the Mcbean family, one of whom now lives in Allerton where i was born or he did.

Does anyone have a photograph of the front of Shore Inn? I would love to see it. My granda and granny (Da and Teenie) and Auntie Nellie lived there. I remember the brasses on the front door shining, the oil lamps, the `store` and the eerie stairway up to bed. I must have been about three or four.
