Jane,
the little girl at the front of the photograph is the double of my youngest daughter Liza Jane Bain
when she was aged about six mid 1990's. I was born in Dingwall and grew up at Kinnairdie between Tulloch Castle and the town of Dingwall 1950's and 1960's. The likeness between Florrie and Liza is amazing. Colin James Bain.

I remember visiting (Aunt) Florrie between 1970 and about 1980. She lived in Inverness and like her sisters never married. Comment left on 11 May 2009 at 07:52 by Douglas Bain
My granny lived across from Gladys, Lily and Hilda when they lived at 1 Forsyth Place. Gladys taught my granny to do knitting and Lily gave my granny many books (which she still has). I would love to see any more photos of Gladys or Lily or Hilda. My gran remembers them in the 1940/1950's Comment left on 15 July 2011 at 11:17 by Scott J Mackenzie
