I think the year should be 1975. From the 31st March to the 3rd April the Scottish Fishing Fleet Blockaded all the major Fishing and Industrial ports of Scotland in protest at cheap imports of frozen white fish, which were depressing quayside sale prices. It was lifted after the UK Government gave some assurances that imports would be "regulated"
