Forsyth House Steps - 2003

Commander Henry Harwood RN with his wife Carol on the steps of Forsyth House during their first ever visit to Cromarty on September 12th 2003. Henry is a direct descendent of William Forsyth, being the great great grandson of William's son John, who died in India in 1823.

I was delighted to find this picture on the website - it helped to identify the doorway where my paternal Grandmother, Isabella Grant MacLean, was photographed in the late 1950s/early 1960s (see my own album of Cromarty pictures).
