Hawk in the East Church yard.

I've seen this hawk on the same perch a few times in early 2004 - I'll try to get a better picture. Perhaps Pete Mackenzie or others can identify it?

I saw this chappie (perhaps) last summer in the East Church yard. I thought at the time it was a peregrine falcon, but this birdie seems too brown...but I'm no bird expert!
