Johanna, As I recall your Dad joined the RAF as a boy entrant, being posted to RAF Leuchars, and when I
joined my first Station after trade training, it was your Dad that signed me in at the Guardroom, to report
to Air Traffic Control. Regretfully I've only met him about twice since. Just for interest, I was called Clemens as a child, by the older fisher ladies in Cromarty, 'cos it is the Gaelic spelling for Clement.

Johanna - I thought it was, I last saw your Dad about eight or nine years ago when he last visited Cromarty, and came to see Albion House, with your Uncle, where they were both brought up. They gave us copies of photos of themselves as children (available in the photo library) and reminisced about the attic of the house, where they would find spare wooden legs for their father, who was mined at Tobruck.
