Post Office Fire - 1962

This shows some rescued furniture in front of Ardyne, whilst the fire brigade lay out hoses. The house at the left of the picture is 23 Bank St, which also burnt down, in the late 70s. Ardyne now stands alone. Alla has his back to the camera.
