You can't help but wonder if all the people steering the boats had not been at a party the night before? Must have been a good one though! Comment left on 30 August 2006 at 12:01 by Anon
Brilliant Video clip - mind you when we were watching this from Shore Street we were convinced that the Cromarty Rose's rudder was jammed!

Was this choreographed with the tug, or just one of those great moments of synchronicity.....

Calum it was as my previous comment says. The Rambiz was actually checking to see if the weight of the windmill would affect the swing of the barge and as it looked so impressive the pilot onboard the tug started to do the same and as I don't like to be beat I thought I would just join in to show we could do it too. If there was such a TV Show as "THE CROMARTY IDOL" this would have won it hands down !!
100 for Material .. 100 for Music .. and 100 for the Performers themselves !

Fabulous, My cousin Eunice and I happened to be passing on our way back from our walk up the Sutors when this was happening it was so funny to watch, well done to whoever filmed it. Just goes to show you should always take your camera when out walking in Cromarty, sadly I didn't have mine that day. Comment left on 11 September 2006 at 14:15 by Margaret Cassie ( Clelland )
