Watson from Cromarty?

Watson from Cromarty?

Date Added: 05 February 2007 Contributor: Calum McBean Year: 1950 Picture No: 1837

Calum says " I was given a CD of pictures about Logans who built many of the hydro dams in the 50's and 60's, someone at work thought that the man on the left was a Watson from Cromarty."

Anyone know?

I think he is either a Dingwall 'gadgie' or an 'Avochie' by the cut o' his jib, ee's no' a Cromarty Watson, but I ken the face, as a familiar stranger. Comment left on 25 February 2007 at 11:27 by Clem Watson
Hi, I have recently aquired a 1968 Foden 75 ton tractor unit which was new to Duncan Logan Construction which I believe was registered GJS 948F. This lorry will be restored over the next few years and I would like to put it back into Logan's livery. If anybody knows anything of the history of this vehicle or has any photos of it I would love to hear from them. Comment left on 28 April 2008 at 14:06 by Gary Grysa
