You ask if its safe to give a bull a bosie? In the interest of agricultural safety it is very unwise to even consider doing this. Bulls are very unpredictable as are all farm animals no matter how large or small they are, so even though I do admit to having given one or two the odd bosie and cuddle I certainly wouldn't advise it.
