Rose Lane - 27th Aug 2010 - where my great-great-grandmother Mary Reid lived with her children (Ann, William, Mary, Margaret and Alexander) according to 1841 Census. Believe the wall is the rear of the poperties with doors being on Well Lane. Peculiar then that the Census shows them as living in Rose Lane?

Seamus, Mary Jane's maiden name was Clark(e), her third husband was John Carroll, born in Rattoo(? from what I can decypher in the 1911 England census), Co Kerry, around 1849. Feel free to email me though
