Cromarty Allotments - initial ground clearing almost completed
The old tennis courts were completely overgrown by rosebay willowherb and brambles. Though the allotment society hoped to clear this by hand is was clear after inspection that this would take weeks if not months of hard toil, so we hired Dougie Shepherd to undertake the work using a mini digger. And four days later it looked like this . . .
