This seems to be another version of picture #2968, but this one shows the fleet and details of the stockade around the buildings in a bit more detail.

It's titled "Fleet at Cromarty, 1867 No 347" and has the names of the ships shown as

Northumberland, Minotaur, Sultan, Royal Soverign and Devastation, and is credited as "Urquhart Dingwall Series".
