This is where my great-grandmother Isabella MacLeman Finlayson (1906-1989) lived, 5 Shore Street. Comment left on 18 April 2006 at 20:50 by Ian Roberts
What a lovely house! My Grandfather, Hugh Macleman Finlayson, lived there also. We visited Cromarty in 2003 with Meg {Finlayson} and Hugh Austin along with my husband Dennis. We met some wonderful Scotish people living there including a lady, whose name I believe, is Betty Hogg (picture #483). She had some wonderful memories of my Great grandmother, Isabella Macleman Finlayson.
One of these days I will visit Cromarty again.
