I may be wrong, Garve, but I think this photo may have been taken after 1916. The battlecruiser right of centre looks like the Renown or the Repulse, completed in September and August 1916 respectively. Both ships had short funnels, but the forward funnel on each was raised after the first steam trials, the only battleships/battlecruisers of that era to have had differing height funnels as suggested by the photo.
