Looks like Roddy Robertson from Robertsons of Tain to the left of him. Comment left on 18 October 2011 at 18:15 by Estelle Quick
the people in this picture are Dod Campbell with back to camera beside him is Bills son Alan Roddy Robertson Roy Sanderson of Sanderson Forklifts Charles Mciver Hamish Cameron. This was taken at a forklift demonstration at Newton in 1980 at which I was offered a job by Roy Sanderson to demonstrate his forklifts. Comment left on 20 October 2011 at 18:53 by Flora Thomson

Flora, when you see charlie Mcivor again, ask him if he still parks outside the royal on a Sunday morning, and plays Brown Sugar by the Stones on his car stereo as loud as he can? Comment left on 25 October 2011 at 19:06 by Tony Fraser

Thanks all good to know. We were in the same class at Peddieston all the way through primary and his mum, Morag, was my younger brother's godmother. Comment left on 02 October 2015 at 15:45 by Doline Kilgour
