Come on Susan. Hamish Stuart, whose daughter Laura presented Michael Ancram with a memento of the event. Hamish had prodded the District Council into doing the Ropeworks up. Comment left on 18 October 2003 by Mary Stuart
Mary, you wouldn't by any chance have a pic of Hamish's Jeep for this site would you? Comment left on 20 October 2003 by Garve Scott-Lodge
Sorry Mary my apologies. Comment left on 04 November 2003 by Sue Florence
Sorry Garve, I think there were only two in existence, pictures and that particular jeep. Will have a look. Comment left on 24 April 2004 at 09:35 by Mary Stuart
Once upon a time I was an art teacher on the Black Isle (1974-1979). I lived at Raddery House, then Braelangwell, then in a wing of Poyntzfield House with Barbara Cunliffe. My friend's parents used to run the Royal in Cromarty - we all shared a wonderful late 70s existence. I was an art teacher called Pat - does anyone recall those days?
